Refund Policy

1. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid PlayForge subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by NIYACAM Technology LLC and returned through Stripe, our payment processor. You can request a refund by:

• Contacting us through the Support page with the email you paid with, or
• Opening the billing portal from your Billing & Access page and asking for a refund there.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary based on your bank, but refunds generally clear within a few business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

4. What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, your paid subscription access is revoked immediately. Your saved playbook is not deleted; however, plays above your new access level will be locked until you resubscribe. You may continue to use any remaining free trial credits.

5. Refund exceptions

Refunds are available within the 30-day money-back guarantee window. Refund requests made beyond 30 days from the original order date are generally not eligible, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or technical issues that prevent meaningful use of the Service. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.

6. Who you are buying from

PlayForge subscriptions are sold by NIYACAM Technology LLC. Card payments, receipts, and refunds are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Questions about a charge or a refund should come to us through the Support page.
